Why we exist
Sales tax compliance sounds straightforward until you're actually doing it. Multi-state nexus, product taxability, exemptions, ever-changing state rules, monthly filing deadlines — it adds up fast. Most businesses turn to software tools expecting to solve the problem, only to discover those tools automate a portion of the work. The rest — reconciling data, monitoring for errors, responding to state notices, confirming filings actually went through — still lands on a lean finance team that never had room for it.
And when something goes wrong, the software vendor isn't the one on the hook with the state. You are. We started Galvix in 2023 to close that gap — to build a service where a competent team owns the compliance work end-to-end, and the business simply stays informed. Not another tool to manage.
